Sergeant Major Tracey E. Anbiya is from Chesapeake, Virginia. She entered the Army in 1984, as a Personnel Administration Specialist.
Sergeant Major Anbiya’s first assignment was the Battalion SIDPERS Clerk, Fort Hood, TX. Her follow on assignments include: Company Clerk, C CO, 498th Medical Battalion, Garlstedt, Germany; Drill Sergeant, A CO, 2/13th Infantry Battalion, Fort Jackson, SC; Personnel NCO, Berlin Brigade; Personnel Sergeant 2/1 Aviation Battalion, Katterbach, Germany; Chief NCO and Brigade Adjutant for the 26th Area Support Group, Heidelberg, Germany; the Commandant for the Secretary of the General Staff and First Sergeant for Headquarters Company, United States Army Europe and Seventh Army; Command Sergeant Major for Headquarters Battalion, Fort Belvoir, VA and Installation Command Sergeant Major for Fort Belvoir. Previously she was the Command Sergeant Major, IMCOM Europe Region, Heidelberg, Germany. She also served as the Senior Enlisted Advisor for the Assistant Chief of Staff of Installation Management (ACSIM). Her current assignment is the first Senior Enlisted Advisor for the Assistant Secretary Army for Installations Energy and Environment (ASA IE&E).
Sergeant Major Anbiya’s military education includes: Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training, Primary Leadership Development Course, Basic and Advanced NCO Courses, Drill Sergeant Course, Master Fitness Course, NBC Officer Course, Instructor Training Course, First Sergeants Course, Command Sergeants Major Designee Course, Garrison Command Sergeants Major Course.
Sergeant Major Anbiya is a graduate of Class 54, United States Army Sergeants Major Academy. Sergeant Major Anbiya also completed the Senior Civilian Leader Continuing Education Program and Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute Leadership Team Awareness Training.
Sergeant Major Anbiya holds an Associate of Arts and Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maryland, and a Masters Degree from Oklahoma University.
Her awards and decorations include: Legion of Merit (1st OLC), the Meritorious Service Medal (1st OLC), the Army Commendation Medal (3rd OLC), Army Achievement Medal (7th OLC), GWOT, Drill Sergeant Badge, Good Conduct Medal (6th Award), the Overseas Service Ribbon; Army Service Ribbon and the Horatio Gates Bronze Award.
Sergeant Major Anbiya is a member of the Sergeant Audie Murphy Club as well as the United States Army Sergeants Major Association.
