Biographies

ODASA (SI) mission

Directs and integrates Army strategic installation, environmental and energy requirements and initiatives into the DoD and Army planning processes, the Enterprise governance systems, Services and Infrastructure Core Enterprise (SICE), and the PPBE process; establishes and directs OASA(IE&E) strategic communications function; and leads Business Transformation, Regional Environmental and Energy Offices (REEO's), and Army Environmental Policy Institute (AEPI).

ODASA (SI) studies enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the future Army's infrastructure to support mission accomplishment, joint civilian and military personnel, and military families.

Mission Statement

ODASA (SI) is the civilian advisor and technical expert providing research and analysis to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of future Army infrastructure.
