The Army's Residential Communities Initiative (RCI) program is dedicated to providing quality, sustainable residential communities for Soldiers and their families. The Army is committed to ensuring installations are safe, attractive, and modern places for our Soldiers and families to live and work. Through RCI we will establish and enforce high quality standards that will help us recruit and retain a highly qualified force to fight and win America's wars.
MISSION
The office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations, Housing and Partnerships (DASA-IH&P) provides worldwide policy, programming and oversight of the Secretary of the Army's Title 10 US Code responsibilities in the areas of real estate, military construction, engineering, housing and base realignments and closures; provides oversight reviews, approvals, congressional testimony and notifications as required by statutes in the responsible areas.
