ODASA(IH&P) Mission

Provide worldwide policy, programming and oversight of the Secretary of the Army's Title 10 US Code responsibilities in the areas of real estate, military construction, engineering, housing and base realignments and closures. Provides oversight reviews, approvals, congressional testimony and notifications as required by statutes in the responsible areas.

Justify and secure the necessary resources to sustain Army installations and establish policies and oversight that ensures efficient and effective use of the resources in realizing the vision and accomplish the mission.
